Both IE add-ins are "greyed out" - I cannot enable or disable...

While the Ctrl+\ says it is enabled, it does not work. The other 1 password add-in says it is "NEW" - but it is not enabled. Both add-ins are greyed out, so I cannot do anything with them. Currently 1 password does not work with IE at all (version 9.08112.16421). I've tried un-checking IE in the browser section of the preferences in 1Password - and it does accomplish something each time - but the results do not change! The program works just fine in Firefox and Chrome.

    Hi @kjmessner,

    I'm sorry to hear about your troubles with the 1Password browser extension. After you've unchecked the extension in the preferences section, did you re-start Internet Explorer? That can make a difference sometimes.

    You also mention that you are using IE 9. The current version right now is IE 10. Are you able to update?
