Chrome plugin in windows won't let me add account

When I click the '+' button to create a new login, nothing happens... The button looks like it depresses, but the plugin doesn't switch over to the create login page. This issue is not consistent - I just tried it and it worked, but when I was on airasia.com just now, and it did not.

    Hi @Eli3,

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the Chrome extension right now. I think the simplest thing to try first is to reinstall the Chrome extension.

    Please follow these steps:

    • Open Chrome.
    • Type chrome://extensions in the address bar and hit return.
    • Click the trash can next to the 1Password extension and remove it.
    • Restart Chrome.
    • Launch 1Password and click Preferences. Select Browsers, and click the button for Install Chrome Extension.
    • Chrome should open the extension installation page.
    • Click Download next to Chrome and confirm the installation.

    If you're still having difficulties after reinstalling, please let me know!

    Does the current page contain a login form? I'm guessing it does not (or the 1Password extension does not recognize it as such)
