Icons
I am a new user on v4.0.2. I imported from Pastor successfully using v3, then migrating to v4. My Icons automatically started showing up last night as I inputed more info into v4 logins. But today all of my icons were gone (except one). Then, the single icon that remained disappeared as well, leaving me with only the padlock icon in every login entry. How can I get my icons back?

Please see if View > Show Rich Icons menu has a checkmark beside it.

Yes, Show Rich Icons is checked. I tried toggling it on and off, as well as rebooting my laptop. No success in restoring my icons.

Just curious here...
Another user saw them disappear after running CleanMyMac or something like that. I have no knowledge of it, or of it even affecting 1Password.
I was just wondering if there was any commonality and you used something like that.

Nope, no CleanMyMac. Although, I did download and install 1 Password for my iPad, then synced via wifi using a folder on my laptop for the synced file. That is when the icons disappeard.

Please see if things are different now. We were upgrading the image server and broke a few things yesterday, it should be fixed now.

Yesterday, all the icons I hadn't added myself disappeared from 1Password. I thought perhaps it was related to clearing cache files with CleanMyMac, but it turns out it wasn't (just tested). Today, after rebooting most of the icons are back, though not all.

I'm glad to hear most of them are back now, can you tell me if the situation improved? We made some more improvements and it should be a bit quicker.
If not, can you give me a few sites where it is not working and we'll test it ourselves.

I think most of them have returned now. Among the ones that didn't come back right away were abebooks.de and abebooks.co.uk, as well as some of the Amazon sites, I think the French and the German.
