I recently upgraded my 1password to 1password 7, and I have been unable to locate my secret key. I sent an email about it to the support team 3 days ago but no reply.
I am unable to copy the secret key from the Accounts section in preferences, however the mac app allows me to copy my my email address. Or to click on "Set up Other Devices" as it's greyed out.
I am also unable to log into the iphone app, as when I downloaded the new version, I was prompted to change password and I don't think the password change took effect with the iphone app since I'm unable to "Set Up Other Devices".
I should note that I am still on a trial version. But it seems I have a secret key still from purchasing an older version. Do I still need to pay to to upgrade?
Please help ... it's urgent!!
