Why don't you do the user manuals in PDF format so users can download the one file instead of having to go through pages and pages on the net, that way people could print and read it at their leasure.
Go to the relevant user manual page—1P5 for Mac, for example—scroll to the bottom of the page and you'll see a button labelled Download as PDF on the left.
I don't know if that applies to every manual: I've not checked them all.
They all seem to have that option. I would guess, and hope, that it's a tool provided by the CMS system you're hopefully using.
You're right - the print to PDF feature is something offered by the CMS we're using for our new guides. We know a lot of users prefer to have a hard-copy of the guide around, and it's great to be able to offer them this option.
