Cannot sync to local storage

When I go to Settings > Sync on my Android phone (with "1Password for Android v4.1.3") I don't have an option to select "Local Storage" to sync, as per the guide

The only option I have is a toggle switch for "Dropbox Sync"

I don't want to use Dropbox for syncing, as I don't really like their privacy policy, so it'd be great to have File storage sync back.
FYI - when I had the old Android app (1Pwd Reader) I could do local storage sync there, but since upgrading I cannot.

    Wiping my data and starting again worked. A bit of a faff, I hope it's on your milestones... ;-)
