Touch ID stops working after restart

Touch ID is great way to access 1Password......when it works. I've noticed that one I reboot, 1Password prompts me for my master password every time I access it through Safari. In order to allow Touch ID, I most open the 1Password app, login, and then got to security settings. I must disable Touch ID (as it shows it is enabled) and re-enable it. Then, the next time it will as for my master password one more time and then in the future will allow me to use Touch ID.

Is this a known issue and if so is there an expected fix?

@thomasjhancock: I'm sorry that you're having trouble with Touch ID! I've had issues with this myself, and it seems that more folks now are having issues as well since the iOS 8.3 update. The bad news is that Touch ID is essentially a Black Box, so we just don't have access to diagnostic information when something goes wrong with it and it stops working like it's supposed to. The good news is that resetting Touch ID in iOS should fix it. Just follow these steps:

    1. Launch Settings on your iPhone or iPad
    2. Tap on Touch ID & Passcode
    3. Enter your Passcode or Password
    4. Toggle Touch ID to OFF
    5. Press the Home button to return to the Home screen
    6. Shut down and restart your device
    7. Enter your Passcode or Password at the Lock screen
    8. Launch Settings on your iPhone or iPad
    9. Tap on Touch ID & Passcode
    10. Enter your Passcode or Password
    11. Toggle Touch ID to ON

I hope this helps! I look forward to hearing back from you. :)
