    Please provide us with the details as to which version of Windows, web browser, and 1Password you're using. Also, which version of the 1Password extension is installed in the browser.

    Hi @mzel,

    Thanks. I can't get to the page you linked to, it gave me an error. I instead logged in and went to my Profile > Staples Rewards to create a new Staples Rewards account. Is this the one?

    On this page, 1Password filled in the phone number correctly:

    it is a different page. Go to Contact Info -> Update Contact Information
