Have you tried rebooting your machine? If that does not work please tell us what version of 1P for Mac you are using.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password! As Stephen suggests, re-booting your machine might give things a bit of a kickstart. If not, we'd love to hear a bit more information about your 1Password set up, your version numbers in particular, and even a screenshot of this. To include it in your reply, simply click the document button in the top of the comment field, and select the file you wish to share:
