Apologises if I'm misunderstanding the process.
I currently own 1Password for iOS. I signed up for the new individual account. When I attempted to sign up, it prompted me for a password.
I entered what I thought was my password, but I guess that was wrong. It told me that it needs to be 10 characters long. So I entered a new password to meet that criteria.
I've since read in this help document that I needed to enter my existing password to migrate my data.
I'm now no longer in a position where I can enter my email address and old password (as that's deemed invalid), and so now I can't associate my individual account with my iOS data.
Again, sorry if I've misunderstood.
What can I do to resolve this?
