finger print access to 1password

I have used and loved 1password for over a year. However, I have always used my finger print to access my account and now that is no longer an option. It now requires my password which I don't know and haven't used in forever. How can I get the finger option back on my I phone. Otherwise I have lost all of my passwords which sucks

    Hi @edpill

Your 1Password data is encryped by your Master Password, and as such the only way to decrypt it is with your Master Password. That is chosen by you and is only ever known by you. It cannot be reset by AgileBits. If Touch ID is not available it is because the decryption keys are no longer stored in the iOS keychain, for whatever reason. The only way to put them back there is to enter your Master Password.

If you cannot remember it, please see this guide:

If you forgot your Master Password or you can't unlock 1Password

    I hope that helps!

    Ben
