Two accounts - only need one - information on the wrong one
Hi guys. I've sent an email but haven't had a response. I have purchased a membership but appear to have two separate accounts. All the passwords I painstakingly saved during the trial period are now on the wrong one. I'd like to merge them and delete the frozen one. Please help! (If possible, I'd like to talk this through with a member of the support team).
