No response from Email Support?
Hi all,
I recently signed up to 1password using the free trial, and have subscribed to an annual membership. So far everything has been working smoothly, but I did reach out to 1password support over email over 2 weeks ago. I'm not too sure what the average wait time is, but I would like these questions answered (preferably over email) before I am charged for an annual membership. I had chosen 1password over other password managers because I had heard that their customer support is top notch. I'm hoping to hear back from someone soon, but I would like to know if 2 weeks is a normal wait time for a response.
