I apologize in advance due to this redundant question being asked again, however, I've come across conflicting information on whether suspending a user does or doesn't incur any charges.
These are the conflicting reports I've come across:
Can anyone confirm with 100% certainty if a Suspended user incurs charges or not?

Indeed. And just to explain why conflicting information is out there: this changed. We used to bill for suspended users until they were deleted, but that is no longer the case.
